Ahold Delhaize share buyback update June 25, 2024

Zaandam, the Netherlands, June 25, 2024 – Ahold Delhaize has repurchased 291,523 of its common shares in the period from June 17, 2024 up to and including June 21, 2024. The shares were repurchased at an average price of € 28.14 per share for a total consideration of € 8.2 million. These repurchases were made as part of the € 1 billion share buyback program announced on November 8, 2023.

The total number of shares repurchased under this program to date is 17,451,591 common shares for a total consideration of € 475.9 million.
